Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear from ShirtlessClub. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Custom-printed items

    • Discounted/sale items

    • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

Exchanges:

  • We allow size exchanges within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

  • If the product you want isn't available, you can choose a refund or store credit.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@shirtlessclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll share the return steps.

  3. Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or wrong.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method. For COD orders, we may request your bank or UPI details.

Damaged/Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
